Clever Luck Return & Exchange Policy
  
RETURNS
 
We recognize that certain purchases don't always work out. Whether the fit of a shirt isn't right, you bought the wrong size boot, or an issue with one of our leather pieces, we've got you covered. 
 
When you return an item, Clever Luck will provide you with a return label via USPS by way of the email address you have on file. To be eligible for a refund, the following qualifications must be met:
 
- Clever Luck is initially notified about the return via email
- Item is returned in original condition
- Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase
- Item has not been modified or altered (i.e. jeans, wallets, etc.)
 
EXCHANGES
 
Depending on the reason for the exchange, Clever Luck is more than happy to accommodate exchanges. The following categories are eligible for exchanges:
 
- Clothing
- Outerwear
- Footwear
- Accessories
- Leather Goods (non-custom)
- Home Goods
 
The following categories are not eligible for exchanges or refunds:
 
- Apothecary
- Custom Leather Goods
- Custom Apparel
- Private Label Goods
 
To exchange a product, the following conditions must be met:
 
- Clever Luck is initially notified about the exchange via email
- Item is returned in original condition
- Item is returned in original condition
- Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase
- Item has not been modified or altered (i.e. jeans, wallets, etc.)
